decent, but still unsatisfactory I have given a lot money to Tribest, first with buying their PB-200 model, and then later buying this product as I wanted to upgrade to a glass version (as the older version had BPA then). The biggest issue I had was their mason jar adaptor ring, which broke. I later came across their website, and ordered 2 more mason jar adaptor rings as well as other containers for the blender. (Unfortunately there was no free shipping option, as I get with Amazon.) Well, after some months, both of the mason jar adaptor broke again, making the mason jars useless with the blender. About a year ago, I had emailed customer service asking them if they wouldn’t put the mason jar attachment on Amazon, so that we could get free shipping here, rather than having to keep paying shipping on their website to buy the attachment. The rep said that they would consider doing this… but over a year later, nothing has been added yet. So my Tribest blender has been out of commission for a long time… except for…
