an inexpensive alternative to the magic bullet brand, if you buy at Walxxxt The price of this set at Walxxxt makes it a good deal ($19.99), considering this set contains 6 cups (5 tall, 1 short).1. Number of cups (5 tall 13.5oz and 1 short 2oz; two solid lids; 2 shaker lids). At first I was not very into “many cups” idea, thinking that just requires more storage space and maintaining…. I was wrong. Now I am using the set, I do appreciate the multiple cups — I can prepare and freeze the smoothie ingredient in four cups at once. Next time, I just need to grab a cup with frozen fruit, and start blending them in the same container. This does save lots of work of preparing smoothies.2. The motor. This juicer has motor with 240watt.I was debating between Farberware (240watt) and Hamilton Beach Personal Blender 51101B (175watt). I’m going back and forth on whether to return but will probably keep it.How a 250 watt blender can’t quite blend down all ice I have no idea… I tried pulsing, mixing by spoon, but there’s always some chunks of ice remaining it just doesn’t get. Smoothies, using frozen strawberries, other frozen fruits, bananas etc seems to work better. One simply has to pulse, occasionally add more liquid etcSo any time you take off the cap/bottom, some of the liquid near the blades squishes out when you put the cap back on, requiring you wipe it down before putting it back on the blender. That’s probably a universal drawback for this style of blender (magic bullets etc.). You’ll notice this most if you are doing multiple smoothies. Not a deal breaker but a little design flaw. One commenter mentioned that the bottom/cap comes loose as it tightens the…
